Booking & payment
- Reserve your date: A 50% deposit is required.
- Remaining balance: Due 7 days before the event.
- Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before the event; 50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before.
- Additional expenses: Your own track day entry fees are not included. Travel is quoted separately, if applicable.
